  Methodology :  
  Group/individual exercises, group/class facilitation and lecture will be used to ensure the participants understand the concept/principle of training, training needs analysis (TNA), training evaluation and the training administration. This will ensure the participants are able to understand the underlying philosophy of training to carry out their training roles that meet the ISO 9001:2008 Standard Requirements. At the end of the training, assignments related to training activities will be given to the respective participants to ensure their competency of training administration.
