  Introduction :  
  Basic Statistical Process Control is a statistical tool used for control quality in manufacturing. It supports quality management initiative from a technical level. Some of the useful tools are applied at the source of the quality process or problem areas.

This course covers the basic skills and knowledge required to collect data, analyze quality problem and thus reducing failures that result in downtime, rework and reject. It enhances the aspect of quality control at source, and analyzes problem using statistical method. The application of SPC in quality control will greatly affect quality outcome for better control, reliability and productivity.

This training workshop is specially designed for Technical and QA of Manager, Engineer, Executive and Technician levels. Manufacturing / production managers and executive who are expose to quality management can also attend to support and work as a team with their technical staffs.

  Methodology :  

The participants are introduced with fundamental concepts for each topic / tools covered and immediately follow-up with related learning activity to facilitate their learning.
