  The Recruitment is a process of attracting talents to our company! While recruiting, we always have a romance that the candidates will do what we have expected. While they have reported to work, that’s the beginning of our night mare. Why ? In fact, most candidates will perform their best in front of the interviewer(s), but they will only show us their true self later. This training aims to increase the chance of managers in getting their idea candidates, and to reduce the cases of new employees resign within a short period.

This training workshop is specially designed for HR Managers or Non-HR Manager (i.e. sales manager, operations/production manager, logistic manager, etc) who are required to design a job position, interviewing candidates, offer the right salary package, and select the right candidates while there is any replacement or creation of new job position.

  Methodology :  
 

Group/individual exercises, group/class facilitation and lecture will be used to ensure the participants understand the concept/principle of recruitment, designing of Job Description, & the conduct of interviewing session. Role Play of Interviewing Technique for selected job positions will be conducted to ensure that they would be able to interview & select the right candidates while they are at their workplace.
