  Introduction :  
  We found that more & more of our clients are looking for technical training workshops that are very specialized to their specific niche industry. However, our joint efforts are in vain. Why ? We found it difficult to get technical trainer(s) in market that will specially cater for their technical industrial requirements. With this, we have specially developed this “Train The Technical Trainer” Workshop (a few year back) to help our clients to develop their own in-house technical trainers to address the training needs which are less costly, but effective. We hope to open & share this with those who are in need to upgrade the technical/functional know-how across their company as a whole.

This training workshop is specially designed for those HODs, Managers or Executives from various functional departments, such as Sales, Purchasing, Technical Services, Project Management, Engineering, Product Design & Development, Operations/Production,  QA, IT, Finance, HR, Logistics, Warehousing, Import/Export, etc who are assigned to analyze the training needs, and also to design, develop, conduct & evaluate the training programme in order to upgrade the technical/functional competency (skills/knowledge) for those employees with training needs or performance gap.

  Methodology :  
 

Group/individual exercises, group/class facilitation, case studies and slides presentation will be used to ensure the participants understand the concept/principle of training process cycle. With this concept, the trainees will be guided step by step based on the real life selected case to set training objectives, to design the course contents, and to develop the training materials. The trainer will coach the participant to conduct the technical training via class presentation. Lastly, they will be guided to select & develop the suitable training evaluate tools to measure the effectiveness of technical training by referring to the technical training being developed by them.
