  Aslini has gained vast exposure and experience through various administrative, supervisory, and managerial positions that she has held in the finance and hotel industries.

She has had extensive experience in Training and Development, Management and Administration, and Customer Service

In the field of human resources development, she served as Training Manager in a leading 5-star and first-class hotel with responsibility for training of some 700 employees of the organization. As part of her company’s succession planning, she was responsible for designing the Management Trainee Program and other related familiarization of exposure programs for the staff. She had the opportunity to set-up the training department for several organizations which included drawing-up training policies and procedures, developing training calendar, conducting and coordinating training courses.

With regard to Training and Development, she has conducted Presentation Skills, Train-The-Trainer, Training Needs Analysis and Trainees Performance Evaluation.

She has also conducted several general development programs which included Managerial, Supervisory and Administration programs such as coaching and counseling, leadership skills, delegation, motivation, time management, communication and interpersonal skills for participants from a number of public and governmental bodies.

In Customer Service, her areas include such as Quality Customer Service for frontliners and Managing Customer Service Function for Executives and Managers.

She has been frequently invited to speak in conferences and conduct presentation in which her participation in these occasions has been warmly received, her programs, given excellent reviews and ratings.
