  Introduction :  
  An integrated management system (IMS) is a management system which integrates all components of a business into one coherent system so as to enable the achievement of its purpose and mission. With the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 being upgraded to 2015 version, the structure of clause requirements are perfectly aligned together from section 1.0 to section 10.0. This training aims to provide a specific guide/methodology to those IMS certified organization, so they could easily change & upgrade their current IMS to meet the new requirements within the transition timelines.

The training workshop is specially designed for GM, QMR/IMR, QA Managers, Heads of Departments or any relevant personnel who are required to study, assess and change/upgrade their current documented processes to meet the clause requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 standard.

Preparation for Adequacy & Compliance Audit

 
  Methodology :  
 

This workshop will be conducted via lectures, group discussion/facilitation as well as the case studies based on the real life case study of participants. At the first Day, the trainer will guide to participant to find out the shared changes of both standards, and then look for the additional specific requirements of both ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015. After understanding the significant changes of both standard, the trainer will guide them to develop/amend the new/current IMS documentation level by level from IMS Manual, Procedural Manual, Work Instruction/Operations Control until the Form/Record Level at the 2nd day. This will make the participants more ready to work on the IMS documentation upgrading exercise based on IMS Conversion Methodology learned once they are back to their workplace.
