  Introduction :  
 

A lot of QMRs may have realized the changes of clause requirements based on the ISO 9001:2015, but majority of them would be more interested to know “what to change” and “how to change” their current ISO 9001 System Documentation to meet the revised standard requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The most important is, they may also want to know “what is the additional documented processes”, & “evidence of conformity” (i.e. records/forms) required. And, our training will provide you the solutions for the above.

  Methodology :  
 

This workshop will be conducted via lectures, group discussion/facilitation as well as the case studies based on the real life case study of participants. The trainer will guide to participant to compare the structure of ISO 9001:2015, and its Key Changes in term of scope of coverage & processes involved in new clause requirements. With this, the participant could be easily spot the additional requirements of ISO 9001:2015. After understanding the significant changes of the new standard, the trainer will step by step guide them to develop/amend the new/current QMS document based on the Clause 4.0 to Clause 10.0. New documentation will include Risk & Opportunities Assessment, and Process Diagram. This will make the participants more ready to work on the QMS documentation upgrading exercise based on QMS Conversion Methodology learned once they are back to their workplace.
